If the liquid level is lower than the lead plate, the service life of the battery will be irreversible. Therefore, it is very important to find the liquid deficiency status of the battery in time and replenish water for the battery.

The product has the warning function of water shortage status of liquid lead-acid battery, which can help users get the information of water shortage of battery in time, remind users to add water to the battery in time (only distilled water or deionized water), ensure the normal operation of the battery and prolong the service life of the battery.

Working principle：

Liquid level sensor

Real-time sensing of battery electrolyte level status,

when the electrolyte level is lower than the sensing rod, a water shortage signal is generated.

Normal mode

Receive the water shortage signal transmitted by the sensor rod, the water shortage warning light flashes (red light),

the buzzer alarms, and the alarm mode can be switched by pressing the buzzer switch.

Silent mode

When the water shortage signal transmitted by the sensor rod is received,

the water shortage warning light flashes (red light), the buzzer remains silent, and the alarm mode can be switched by pressing the buzzer switch.

Installation instruction：

①Before installation, make sure that the "battery liquid level alarm main body" and "induction injection valve"

are complete and the wiring is normal.

②Take out the water filling valve of the battery cell where the positive column of the lead-acid battery pack is located,

so that the water outlet is empty

③Install the induction filling valve into the empty water port

(make sure the induction rod does not touch the lead grid inside the battery when installing).

④Tear off the adhesive of the battery liquid level alarm and stick it to the conspicuous place of the equipment

(such as next to the seat of the forklift and tractor, pay attention to ensure that the sticking part is clean and not easy to be scratched before sticking,

so as to prevent accidental falling off).

⑤Connect the power cord of the battery level alarm to the battery pack,

the red wire is connected to the positive pole, and the black wire is connected to the negative pole

(pay attention to the polarity of the battery, make sure that steps ① and ② have been completed before connecting to the power supply).

⑥The power indicator light is on (green light), indicating that the line connection is normal and the device is working normally.

Instructions for use

①The water shortage warning light flashes (red light) and the buzzer sounds,which means that the battery level is in a water shortage state, please replenish water in time.

② If you only need to keep the warning light function, turn off the buzzer switch button.

When there is water shortage, the warning light flashes (red light) and the buzzer has no sound.

Matters needing attention

①If the buzzer does not sound when there is water shortage,

it may be that the buzzer is turned off. Press the buzzer switch to turn on the buzzer to warn.

②The induction rod cannot touch the lead grid in the battery.

If the induction rod is too long, please replace it with other models.

③Please ensure that the induction filling valve is installed before connecting to the power supply

④When the battery is working, the indicator may give an intermittent warning due to the shaking of the liquid level.

The warning ends when the battery is stationary.

At this time, the battery liquid level is at a low level and can be directly treated as water shortage.

At this time, if the buzzer noise has a greater impact on the operator , the buzzer can be turned off individually.
